How To Lock Your Credit

Occasionally you may find that your child has given credit card or personal information to a source you cannot trust.  In these cases you will need to file a Fraud Alert and lock your credit.  While there are companies who will do this for a fee, you can also do this yourself.  (A warning though, any “instant” approval for credit will be denied as well as credit card offers will stop flowing to your mailbox.)
